Job Details
At Codally, the project manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of technical projects, from planning to delivery. This role involves managing resources, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and guaranteeing client satisfaction. In collaboration with the development team, the project manager acts as a strategic link between client needs and technical solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Define project goals and milestones, create schedules, and allocate necessary resources.
- Facilitate communication between developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed.
- Communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction..
- Ensure products meet quality standards and client expectations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in project management, computer science, or engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in the information technology sector.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are appreciated.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to motivate teams and manage projects by coordinating the efforts of diverse profiles.
- Ability to anticipate and manage risks to meet deadlines and budgets.
